Martin Morgan has been a member of ASFOA since 2010. He began his football officiating career with the Birmingham Football Officials Association in 2004. At the college level, he has worked in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference for 10 years, and the Southwestern Athletic Conference since 2017. Since moving to Georgia, he has officiated several high school championship games, and has been selected for the NCAA Division II playoffs.
